Doing a search on “teen pregnancy” will bring you to a great video of a group of New Jersey teens who do a great job of discussing the difficulties they face as teen parents. If you do not know about this, it is well worth your time to immediately leave your classroom and go talk with your media specialist to ask, “how to I get access to United Streaming.” One unit in this class is on pregnancy and the importance of getting medical care, avoiding drugs/alcohol, eating well and getting good exercise.
